Why is my account blocked?

Too many incorrect login attempts

If you enter the wrong password five times in a row, your account will be temporarily blocked for 30 minutes for security reasons.
Our system allows 3 sets of 5 attempts — so take your time and double-check your password.

You may have requested a block

If you previously asked us to block your account, you’ll need to reach out to our Support Team to lift it.

Your account may be blocked if we detect suspicious activity or believe your details may have been compromised.
