Yes, you may request to cancel a redemption if it has not yet been fully processed.
Please note that if you decide to redeem again, your request will be treated as a new redemption and will follow the standard processing timeframe of 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
If it has been longer than the stated timeframe, please contact our Support Team at support@sheeshcasino.com so we can escalate your case to the Redemption Team.
