How long does account verification take?

After you submit your verification documents, our third-party provider Veriff typically completes the review within 24 hours.

To help avoid delays, please make sure:

• ✅ Your ID is valid (not expired or damaged)

• ✅ Both front and back of your ID are uploaded

• ✅ Documents are clear, in focus, and fully visible

• ✅ Accepted file formats are used (PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG)

• ✅ Each file is under 25MB

You can check your verification status anytime by visiting the Account Verification page in your account settings.
