How can I check the status of my verification?

Once you submit your documents, the status of your KYC verification will be displayed in the Verification Portal on your account.

• If your verification is approved, you will see a confirmation and can continue using your account without restrictions.

• If it is pending, please allow time for processing (usually within minutes, but in rare cases it may take longer).

• If it is declined, you will receive instructions on how to resubmit valid documents.
