What documents do I need to provide for proof of address?

You may be asked to submit a valid proof of address document as part of your verification process.

Accepted documents (dated within the last  3 months):

• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet)

• Bank statement 

• Residential lease agreement

• Insurance document (auto, home, or health)

✅ Requirements:

• Full name and current residential address must be visible

• Issue date must be shown

• No PO boxes accepted

• Document must be clear and unaltered

• File types: PDF, JPG, JPEG, PNG

• Maximum file size: 25MB
