SSN Verification Help – Manual Review Process

If your SSN verification does not go through automatically, we can help you complete a manual verification.

✅ Step 1: Upload Your Primary Document
You must upload a clear copy of your U.S. Social Security Card.

✅ Step 2: Upload a Secondary Document
In addition to your SSN card, you must upload one secondary document that shows your full legal name and full SSN. Acceptable documents include:

• W-2 Form (W-2, W-2C, W-2G, etc.)

• SSA-1099 Form (SSA-1099-SM, SSA-1099-R-OP1, etc.)

• Non-SSA 1099 Form (1099-DIV, 1099-MISC, etc.)

• 1098 Form (1098-C, 1098-T, etc.)

• Bank, loan, or financial documents

• Pay stub

• Military documents (DD214, NGB 22)

✅ Step 3: Submit via Secure Link
We’ll provide you with a secure Box link where you can safely upload your documents. Please do not send sensitive information like SSN cards or IDs through email or chat.
