Your address is automatically populated during verification. The address on your Proof of Identity (POI) document is the one that appears in your profile. Because of this, you cannot directly edit your address in your profile—only our Support Team can assist with updates.
Scenario 1: Minor corrections (e.g., missing details)
If your address is missing something or needs a small correction, please email us using the email linked to your Sheesh Casino account. Include your full and correct address so we can check and update your profile.
Scenario 2: You’ve moved to a new residence
If you’ve moved, your POI may no longer reflect your current address. Since your personal information is tied to your POI for identity verification, your profile will continue to show the old address until your ID is updated.

Your POI (Proof of Identity) and POA (Proof of Address) must match and reflect your current address.

If you have already been verified using our third-party provider, Veriff, and your profile was approved, you cannot resubmit again through the verification page.

The secure upload link is used for manual reviews, which are necessary to keep your account information accurate and compliant with KYC (Know Your Customer) requirements.
What to do after uploading
Once you’ve submitted your updated documents, please email us at support@sheeshcasino.com so we can escalate your request to Verification team for processing.
