How to update my address to a new/current one?

If you recently moved or your address has changed, you may need to update your verification details. For compliance, your Proof of Identity (POI) and Proof of Address (POA) must always match.

Important notes
   •    Once a POI has been verified, you currently cannot re-upload or resubmit it on your own.
   •    If you verify with a driver’s license or state ID, the address on file will default to your POI.
   •    If you verify with a passport (which does not include an address), your POA will be used instead.

What to do if your address has changed

If your POI does not reflect your current address, you will need to update your documentation. You can do this by:
   
Submitting an updated POI that shows your current address, OR
Submitting a passport as your POI (since it does not list an address) together with your current POA.

How to submit your updated documents
