If you need to update the phone number linked to your Sheesh Casino account, our Support Team will need to verify certain details for security and compliance purposes before making any changes.
Required Documents
Please prepare and provide original copies of the following documents to process your phone number change request:
Proof of ownership for your old phone number
This can be a recent phone bill, account statement, showing your full name and the number.
Proof of ownership for your new phone number
A document from your mobile carrier showing your name and the new phone number.
⚠️ Important: Please ensure you provide the original documents. Cropped, edited, or incomplete copies will not be accepted.
Verification for New Phone Numbers
For your new phone number, you must also provide proof that the new line was created by you within the last three (3) months.
This should be an activation or creation confirmation document from your carrier, not just a billing statement.
How to Submit
Once you’ve gathered all the required documents:
Attach them directly to your existing ticket if one is already open.
Our verification team will review your submission and update your account once everything has been confirmed.
Notes
VOIP numbers are not permitted under our system policies.
Make sure all details (name, number, and date) are clearly visible.
Do not send sensitive identification documents via email unless instructed by our team.
🔒 Why can’t I update my number myself?
For security reasons, phone number changes can’t be made directly in your profile. This safeguard ensures that only the rightful account owner can request updates and prevents unauthorized access to your account.
