Redemptions are typically processed within 1–3 business days. In most cases, you can expect your funds within this timeframe.
Please note that weekends and holidays are not counted as business days and may extend the processing period. Additionally, some redemptions may be subject to further review for security and compliance reasons, which can cause additional delays.
If your redemption has not been processed after 3 full business days (excluding weekends and holidays), please contact us and if you have already done. Our team will review your request and, if needed, escalate it directly to the Redemption Team for further handling.
