How long does KYC verification take?

Our third-party provider, Veriff, generally completes verification within five minutes of submitting your documents. In most cases, decisions are made almost instantly.

Please note:

• If you do not complete the verification within five minutes of starting, the session will timeout, and you’ll need to restart the process.

• Refreshing the page or exiting midway will also require you to begin a new verification session.

• Once your verification is complete, a decision is typically provided immediately.

If your verification has been pending for more than a day, please double-check that your documents meet the requirements:

• Accepted Proof of Identity (POI)

• Accepted Proof of Address (POA)
