My bank statement for address verification keeps getting denied. What should I do?

If your bank statement is not being accepted for address verification, please provide one of the following alternative documents instead: 

Accepted Proof of Address (POA) documents 

• Utility bill (electricity, water, gas, internet, etc.) 

• Lease or rental agreement 

Document requirements :

• Must clearly display your full name and current residential address 

• Must be issued within the last 3 months 

• Must be clear, uncropped, and in high resolution 

• Screenshots, blurred, or altered documents will not be accepted
